Help Eddie Frazier on His Road to Recovery

One of my former players, Eddie Frazier, had a stroke and is currently in the hospital. He is only 17 years old and now has a long road ahead of him for recovery, and he and his family need some help. He’s a GREAT kid and has a bright future ahead of him. Please help if you can.
