Help Eddie Bellas Restore After Deportation

Peace!

My name is Eddie Bellas and like the many hundred of thousands, a victim/victor of the Donald Trump Mass Deportation Act.
I am a Singer/Songwriter/Musician that made a commitment to spreading Love&Light through my music ministry after a near death experience in 2005. The trajectory of my life changed on December 17th, 2024 when I was summoned to court in Schenectady New York for a traffic violation. Upon arriving at the courthouse I was notified by the court clerk that a warrant had been issued for my arrest. I spoke to the court clerk about the matter since the notice to appear I received was dated for that same day. Believing it was some mishap the court clerk ordered me to stand by while she went to consult her superiors to clarify the matter. Upon her return she was escorted by several officers which alarmed me instantaneously. The officers told me that they had instructions to take me to another court house a few blocks away in handcuffs. I told them that I did not understand the reason why I had to be in handcuffs when I had not committed a crime. After not consenting to the proceedings they immediately rushed me and aggressively restrained me while I wailed in pain. Upon reaching the court house I was stripped off my clothes and left in pants, vest and socks in a cold cell while I waited to be seen by a judge. After a few minutes I felt nauseous and began coughing up blood. I inform the guard who called the paramedics after I consistently protested to see a doctor.
The paramedics was called in and they checked my vitals, blood pressure and said that I was in stable conditions but I could go to the hospital with them for further assessment if I wanted to. I chose to stay because the officers made it clear that if I went to the hospital I would have to wait till the next day before I could get seen by a Judge and I just wanted to get back home to my family as soon as possible. On or around 8pm I was taken to another holding facility where I was made to stand several minutes in the cold winter weather without proper clothing before entering the building. Upon entry I was asked to give my fingerprints and to take a photograph. I did not consent to this because I was not informed as to why I had been detained in the first place and when I inquired about it the officers only made a mockery out of the situation. At one point a few male officers and a female officer came to me and asked me if I was going to comply with the procedures. I did not consent and they laughed at me saying “look around there is no cameras in sight so we going to ask you one more time.” Not given proper explanation or documentation to what warranted my arrest, I did not consent. Immediately I was pepper sprayed and beaten down, then left with a bag on my face so that they ensured I felt the intensity of the pepper spray. Unable to see and in pain I was escorted to a cold cell where I wallowed in pain for the remainder of the night.
On or around December 18th 2024, still unable to open up my eyes I was taken to the courthouse where I was seen by a judge who dismissed the charges for the traffic violations.
Thinking I was now free to go home I inquired about my personal property but the officers told me that ICE would be coming to pick me up to deport me to the country of my birth. I cringed.
On or around 1am, December 19th 2024, after a long drive I was admitted to Batavia Detention Center In Buffalo NY.
I spent one month there without due process before I was seen by a Judge. I wrote a letter to the immigration court about the violation of the 5th Amendment and was then given a notice to appear. Before the immigration judge I asked the reasoning for the deprivation of my rights and persuit of freedom. I sighted Title 18 subsection 241 & 242 (Conspiracy Against Rights & Deprivation Of Rights Under Color Of Law). The judge said that I was given a B1 visa and upon entry in the United States on September 1st 2000, I was given up to March 11th 2001 to depart. My failure to depart from the United States was the grounds on which they made their case since that was a contract that I violated. I then told the court to produce the contract so that I could validate it, for the record, since a contract must be established between two parties. I knew that because both parties must enter a contract willingly, knowingly, intentionally and voluntarily I was not cognizant of that contract especially since it was my father who was the one who had signed off on that contract. Therefore that contract would legally be deemed null and void. They failed to produce the contract so I told the Judge that whoever was making this claim was making a frivolous one. I went further to ask the Court what age was I when that so called contract was made. The fact that the Judge stated that I entered the United States in 2000, would make me 17yrs of age, a minor by legal standards. I told the judge that is the court saying that it had established a legal contract with a minor and to enter into a legal contract in the United States one had to be the age of 18yrs of age, the age of majority. The Judge had no response. At that point I challenge the validity and jurisdiction of the court as I had done when I entered the courtroom and was first given a chance to speak. I was immediately ordered removed from the court.
I would remain detained for another month before I would see a Judge again for a final hearing. At that hearing, I stated once again for the record, like I did in the first hearing that I was here by special appearance to resolve the matter at hand. I went along to ask the same questions to the Judge since it was another Judge by the name of Bryan Conihan who had been assigned to the case. Bryan also had no legitimate response to the questions at hand and when I asked him who was making the claim against me he said the United States was. To that, I told him that since the 6th amendment granted me the rights to face my accuser I demanded that the man or woman who was representing the United States take the stand under penalty of perjury and make their claim. Judge Bryan then proceeded to move past my injunction to which I challenged the validity and Jurisdiction of the court once again and was immediately ordered removed from the court.
Days later a deportation officer told me that the court had went ahead without my presence and ordered me deported back to the country of my birth. On or around January 22nd 2025, I was transferred in shackles and chains to another detention facility in Philipsburg Pennsylvania by the name of Moshannon Valley Processing Center where I would remain for another 5 months before I was then transferred again in shackles and chains to Philadelphia Federal Detention Center for 7 days. I can recall one night around 10pm while at Moshannon Valley where I was ordered to pack my possessions and was taken by on a solo ride to the Pittsburgh Airport to get on a commercial flight. Upon arrival I met two ICE officials who was to escort me on a so called trip to Saint Lucia. When I saw the officers something did not seem right because I had never seen the officers before and when I asked them to see the travel documents they stood at a distance and showed me a paper with a random picture they had taken of me online. I immediately told the officers that I was not getting on the plane. I asked them why I was the only one out of 1200 detainees that was at the airport with officers I had never seen or spoken to before, also why I was not informed of this trip before so that I could let my family make preparations for me. They said they were sorry that I was not informed about the trip and if I wanted to contact my family they would allow me to make a call to which I accepted. Upon speaking to my family they said they too had not been informed about anything of that nature and they had suspicions about the situation. I then asked the deportation officers how could he guarantee me that they would not be taken me to El Salvador, the dreaded prison that all detainees feared. They laughed and try to coerce me to go along with their plans. I did not consent so they threatened me with a 10 year jail term but I still stood my grounds and after realizing that I had made up my mind to face whatever consequences came along with my decision they took me back to Moshannon Valley.
At my short stay in the Philadelphia Federal Detention center I was placed in the Box for 3 days without toilet paper and proper care for failure to give my fingerprints (signature - sign of nature) and photograph. The remaining 4 days I spent in general population, then transferred back to Moshannon Valley for 2 days then flown to Louisiana in shackles and chains. I spent one night in Louisiana then on May 24th 2025 I arrived in Saint Lucia at 4am, after 25yrs in shackles and chains. A representative from Saint Lucia government had to sign off on the transaction so that I could get out of the shackles and chains. What I found surprising was when I was questioned in a mandatory interview by the Authorities at the airport in Saint Lucia they asked me for my passport to which I told them that I thought they had my documents since I just got off a plane from the US. I had been told by ICE that the Saint Lucian consulate had given them my travel documents. They informed me that they were not given any passport from ICE for me, they only had a small bag with a few of my possessions. During the interview with the authorities I asked whether there was any programs, assistance or incentives for people like me who would need to reintegrate into the society. The authorities told me that there was none that they were aware of at the moment.
A few days after I got to Saint Lucia my mother who is in the United States and who I gave permission to accept my mail told me that the family court in Queens NY had sent me documents to try to take custody of my offsprings. I now ovastand why the United States Government had came after me in the first place. I had been in family court since 2020 for my offspring they had illegally kidnapped at the hospital then sent CPS to take 2 more of my offsprings.
Currently I am trying to adjust myself since I am now away from my immediate family who I miss and Love so much. Everyday is a challenge but I know the Most High is working things out for the greater good. That alone gives me the will to keep going on days when I feel down. Currently I am trying to move into a home so that I could have a base to settle into. The house where I grew up as a child was left abandoned by my parents who was trying to settle their marriage through divorce.
With your love and support I would be to:
1. Afford legal assistance/counsel to help restore my family while base in Saint Lucia because the fight might have been lost but the battle is far from over. Restoration is a must.

2. Afford to pay for the supplies and workers who would be assisting me on making the place live-able once again.

I am sending Love&Light to whoever took the time to read this and I hope that no one would have to go through the pain and suffering that my family is going through.

Amos 5:24 "But let justice roll down like waters, and righteousness like an ever-flowing stream".

Much Love&Light!
