Help Keep E.Dachon’s Kitchen Cooking for the Community

My name is Erika, and I’m the proud owner of E.Dachon’s Kitchen, a small Black-owned restaurant in Houston, Texas, bringing Chicago-style food with a Southern soul twist to our community.

E.Dachon’s Kitchen serves authentic Chicago-style hotdogs, pizza puffs, fried chicken, mac and cheese, greens, and red beans and rice — food that reminds people of home and brings families together. Cooking has always been my passion, and feeding people has always been my purpose. I urgently need to replace several key items:

A commercial refrigerator

A commercial stove and oven

A water heater

A warming oven

A steam table
