HELP ED RAYE'S FUNERAL COST
On April 20th, 2021, a local legend was lost. Edward Vincent Raye was a beacon of hope for Colorado Springs. For years, Ed served his community unconditionally with compassion and courage. I hope that we can give to his family now.
The funeral expenses are expected to be upwards of $11,000 and we are asking the community to give whatever possible to help cover the expenses. Your donation will allow Ed's family to mourn and celebrate his life without financial worries.
He leaves to cherish his memories to children Christina Charles and James Eads; brothers, Alvin Raye and Roland Raye along with sister Lillie Ann Hall.
Edward Raye's passing is announced by Angelus Chapel Funeral Directors, 1104 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs. Visitation will be held on April 29 at 11:00 – 2:00 pm.
