Help Ed & Pam Avoid Eviction

Hi, my name is Ed, and I’m humbly reaching out for help during one of the most difficult times in our lives.

My wife Pam and I have received eviction notices, and we’re in urgent need of rental assistance. Our apartment management is requesting payment for three months of rent — last month, this month, and next month — and without help, we are at serious risk of losing our home.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve suffered eight heart attacks, survived COVID, and continued to push forward. I refuse to give up. I still work, and I’ve done everything in my power to stay afloat — but this situation has become more than we can handle on our own.

We’ve reached out to local housing assistance programs in the Portland metro area, but unfortunately, none have been able to help due to high demand and limited funding.

We are turning to the kindness of our community, friends, and anyone willing to help — whether through a donation or simply sharing our story. Every little bit brings us closer to staying in our home.
