Ed has survived  a kidney transplant only to find he is now battling cancer and all he and his wife Leslie want is for him to be healthy again and there to watch his children as they enter adulthood-watch his daughter graduate from high school and his sons graduate from college. They live in Redding and work hard and the year 2020 has hit them harder than ever.
