My name is Kyle. My Siberian Husky, Echo, was diagnosed with cancer in April. He had surgery on April 18th to remove the tumor in his leg, and he was in recovery until September 1st when we found his tumor came back in the same leg again. We've both been through a lot in the last few months between his cancer and the loss of two very close family members. I feel at a loss but am trying everything possible to keep my fur baby and give him a chance at life. He still has so much in him, and I know deep down he still has a fight in him.

The surgery, though, this time we have to go to a specialist to have done because his vet said it’s more risky. Right now, he is on pain medication and a steroid to try and help until we can get the surgery done. He has his 9th birthday coming up on October 12th, and I want him to keep having birthdays and enjoy life. I’m doing everything in my power to help him, but insurance won’t help cover it because it’s a pre-existing condition. Funds will be used for surgery and medicine
