Hi, my name is Sara. I’m disabled and live with narcolepsy — a condition that worsened after I lost both my mom and grandma. Their passing left a huge hole in my life, and that’s when I got Echo, my Belgian Malinois, to help me cope and stay safe. She’s not just my service dog — she’s my best friend, my lifeline, and the reason I can still live with some level of independence.
Echo is only 4 years old. She’s smart, loyal, and full of love. But recently, she injured her knee and now needs surgery. The cost is around $7,000 or more, and I just can’t afford that. I’m already struggling to get by as it is, and it breaks my heart to see her in pain while I can’t do anything about it on my own.
This surgery would give Echo the chance to live a pain-free life and continue being the incredible support I depend on every day. I’m asking for help because I don’t know where else to turn.
If you can donate, even a small amount, it would mean the world to me and Echo. And if you can’t, please consider sharing this with others. Every bit of support matters.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart,
Sara & Echo
