Echocardiogram (Echo) was a stray that flopped directly onto my feet, and into my heart, outside on my back steps three years ago.
Recently, my roommate decided to get a kitten despite concerns I had regarding bonding and splitting them up, health, etc. Not long after the kitten's arrival, Echo contracted herpes & also bite wounds from the sweet but playful kitten. The infection has been awful. I have had Echo at the vet every week or twice a week since it took hold. He’s now on multiple medications multiple times a day and I'm told he is likely to lose his left eye unless he receives a surgery that costs $2, 400.
I need to move out & I am looking for someone to sublet my room. I have to remove Echo from this environment so he can get healthy. Between the many vet bills, medications & the possibility of having to pay 2 rents if I am unable to sublet, I am financially strapped as my multiple part time jobs in theatre education & as a server will not cover it all.
