Support for Baby Emeilio Lucas and His Family

Last week, our family faced an unexpected and emotional turn when my niece, Echo, was airlifted to a hospital in Seattle and gave birth to her son, Emeilio Lucas, far earlier than anyone could have prepared for. Emeilio was born extremely premature, weighing just 1 lb and 14 oz. He is a tiny fighter, and he will need to remain in the NICU until around his original due date so he can grow stronger and receive the specialized care he needs.

This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, especially for Echo and Emeilio’s father David, who are now spending their days traveling back and forth to the hospital, staying close to their little one while navigating this sudden and overwhelming change. We are asking for donations to help support them with travel expenses, food, and other essentials while they commute to the hospital in Seattle for the next several months.
