Help Support Ebony Through Her Healing

I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear childhood friend, Ebony. If you know her, you know her heart always full, always open. Ebony has always been the one to cook for everyone, open her doors, and show love through every meal she serves. But right now, she’s the one who needs to be surrounded with that same love and support.

Ebony has been carrying a pain no mother should ever have to bear the loss of her beloved son, Dee. Since that unimaginable loss, she’s been fighting a silent battle with grief, depression, and the heavy weight of trying to keep moving forward. She’s missed work and fallen behind financially, and just when it feels like she’s starting to catch her breath, life throws something else her way.

Even through all of this, Ebony continues to show up every day for her two children still at home. She’s trying to hold it together for them to give them stability, love, and comfort, even while her own heart is shattered.

I know she’s going to be mad at me for putting this out here sorry Ebony but I just want to help the best way I know how. You’d never ask for anything, but you’ve always given so much. Now it’s your turn to be held up.
