An East Somerville Community School family lost their home and most of their belongings in the Wheatland st. fire in July 2025. Members of the family also suffered injuries while escaping from the fire and from smoke inhalation. The family wishes to remain anonymous, but all donations to of any amount would help them get into a new home, replace clothing and belongings, and cover medical bills.
