Kidney transplant patient with stage 4 cancer.

Kristina Kelley-Brown just turned 50 on Monday.  I have been friends with her for 40 years.  She is a mother of 3, a wife and will be a grandma early next year.  She endured 12-years of kidney dialysis.  Prior to getting a kidney transplant, she had cancer in 3 different places and luckily surgical removal was the extent of the treatment.  Now she is several years post kidney transplant and she has ovarian cancer.  Kristina and her husband are currently at University of California San Francisco for treatment which is 3.5 hours away from home.  She will be on short term disability and her husband is taking unpaid time off from work to be there for his wife.  During this admission, I expect they will be there 1-2 weeks to determine treatment for the cancer and then she will need to return there often during her treatment.  This is going to create a financial burden and I just want the focus of her family and Kristina to be her getting better and not be worried about finances.
