Help Ease the Burden for CJ's Grieving Family

Please donate to help CJ Santagata's family as they mourn the loss of their son. CJ was a sweet and caring 17-year-old with an amazing sense of humor. He was recently found with an ependymoma tumor as well as a fungal pneumonia called histoplasmosis. He had a long, hard battle but his struggle ended and he is now finally at peace.
