Hi, my name is Kris. The picture you see is my sister, Terri and her husband Don. On December 16th, after many health struggles Don suffered cardiac arrest and after CPR at the hands of his wife, my sister, he was unable to be revived and went to be with Jesus. Terri, 30 years younger than Don, was cared for and loved during their long marriage but in death, unfortunately her late husband didn't set her up for successfully continuing her future.

Anyone who has ever met Terri knows that she is, without a doubt, a kind hearted, pure soul who loves deeply. Watching her navigate this new normal has been painful and our family is doing everything we can to ease her mind and offer any comfort we can. However, without adequate life insurance and no way to collect any of Don's social security benefits until she turns 60, we keep hitting one dead end after another.

The only thing I could think of is to set up this account in hopes of maybe, just maybe, raising something to help her through until she is able to find a job, work through her grief and figure out the future. Anything at all would be appreciated beyond belief and a true blessing to Terri during what has turned into a very sad holiday season.
