My brother and his wife have unexpectedly lost their 10-month-old son, Raphael. Heartbroken isn't a strong enough word to describe the anguish they are going through. His funeral and burial costs are more than they can handle right now. I'm setting this up to help take one stress off their plate at this time. If you are able to donate, any amount would help.

Raphael was born with Hirschsprungs Disease, where parts of the intestinal nerves are dead and unable to pass anything through the baby’s system which is unfortunately hereditary. So when Raphi was just a few weeks old, he had to have major surgery and get a stoma with a bag on his side to collect the waste. From then on, poor Raphi was in and out of the hospital on a regular basis. He had issues with his sodium and potassium levels, and keeping food in his system long enough to absorb the nutrition his little body needed. Through all these hospitalizations and poking and prodding he endured, he still was able to smile and was the sweetest little boy. His passing has left a huge hole in this sweet family. His five siblings are absolutely crushed & the younger 2 don’t understand why he is not coming home.
