As many of you know, my brother-in-law passed away this morning. Devastated does not begin to describe the heartbreak we feel. To ease my sister’s worries about paying for Dave’s funeral expenses, I am reaching out to ask for support.

Dave was a devoted father whose greatest pride and joy was being a dad to Brandon. He loved my sister and her two other children deeply, unconditionally, and beyond words. If you knew Dave, you were truly blessed. He would do anything for anyone without hesitation—whether you needed your car fixed or a helping hand, he was always there, happy to help and never once complaining.

I was fortunate to love him as my own brother, and my sister and her kids were even more fortunate to be loved by him every day. We are devastated by his passing, and I don’t want my sister to worry about anything other than grieving.
