Help Ease Financial Burden for John and Kathy

It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to John on Tuesday November 5th after 30+ days in the ICU and several additional surgeries. The family is devastaed but would like to thank everyone for there generosity and prayers. The Go-fund-me will reman open for the time being.

John Tisdell is our Brother- in law who is in the ICU at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA following a planned heart surgery. The heart surgery was completed, but due to complications he has had to have additional surgeries and is still in the ICU. He has been in the ICU since early October. While he has health insurance we are asking for donations to help with the families expenses - staying in Boston and for expenses above and beyond what insurance will cover.

We are trying to ease the financial burden for our sister Kathy. She has missed work and has been by his side night and day. Kathy and John have been together for 24 years and were married in 2020. John is a quiet, kind, caring man who would do anything for anyone in need.

Most of us know or have been in a position where we are staying in the hospital with a loved one for an extended period of time and the daily expense that goes along with the stay - ESPECIALLY in Boston. John has a long road ahead of him. Please consider a donation and if you are inclined to do so say a prayer for his recovery and for the family.
