My name is Dominick, I will be 21 next month, and my partner and I were in a motor vehicle accident with a truck on January 16th. I was in the hospital for a week for my injuries, a fractured vertebrae and multiple broken bones in my ankle that required surgery, before being transferred to a rehabilitation hospital where I am currently staying and working on getting back on my feet until I am ready enough to be discharged.

Before this accident, I was homeless and couch-surfing, and had only one source of income which I haven't been able to work due to my injuries. I need to make sure I can pay rent on a storage facility, for keeping my personal items safe, as well as any needs and expenses I would have had taken care of by the income I am losing from being unable to work due to my hospitalization. Any money earned from this GoFundMe will be covering my cost of living during my recovery period after discharge to my partner's home.
