Help Ease Christine's Cancer Journey

In March of 2024, Christine Maher made a visit to the emergency room following a car accident. A referral was made that led to her finding out her cancer had returned with a stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer to Bone diagnosis (Spine, Ribs, Skull). She began chemotherapy the first week of May.

Christine’s energy will now be spent battling this disease with weekly medical treatments. Things that were once part of everyday life will no longer be easy for her and she will be drained and overwhelmed.

Unfortunately, once cancer is in the bones there is no cure, so we need her to fight with everything she’s got to manage it, reduce it, stop it from spreading, and keep her stress free!

Due to Christine’s diagnosis she is no longer able to work and has suffered a large reduction in pay. To make matters worse, Bill her husband, was laid off from work just a month after the diagnosis.

Anyone that knows Christine knows her as a truly selfless human being. Not just to friends, family, but also strangers. Now it is time we do the same for her.

As Christine and Bill continue on down this everyday road of treatment, we can provide some solace and support by alleviating the financial toxicity that comes along with this kind of a diagnosis.
