Hi I'm Earl Williams, I'm 80 years old. I fell in February 2023 damaging my C4 vertebra. I'm now paralyzed, having minimal use of my hands. I’m in need of financial assistance in order to move to a better facility. This requires a sizable amount in order to be admitted. This facility includes physical therapies that would aid me in possibly recovering some movement.
