My name is Shannon Broussard, I am setting up this fund for a good friend, Earl Brown. He resides in Middle Quarters, St Elizabeth, Jamaica, West Indies. He has lost everything and does not have resources such as internet, or phone service (very limited) to communicate his story to the world.

In the wake of the recent hurricane that destroyed his home and business. I am seeking compassionate support to help rebuild his life, and livelihood.
