Inside the truck were over 20 years’ worth of tools that E had carefully collected throughout his career. These tools are not just equipment—they are the foundation of E and his son’s livelihood, allowing them to provide for their family and do the work they love. Unfortunately, the insurance company will not cover the cost of replacing the stolen tools, leaving E and his son in a very difficult position. Despite this loss, they showed up for work the very next day, borrowing a car and using other workers’ tools just to keep going.
