Help Dylan Wentz Through Cancer Treatment
Donation protected
Hi I'm Dylan Wentz, and in January I was diagnosed with a rare and very aggressive form of lymphoma called Burkitt lymphoma [https://my.clevelandclinic.org/health/diseases/22777-burkitt-lymphoma] (yes, that is cancer). Burkitt primarily affects young adults (hello, that's me) and has a *cure rate* of 90%. I have just finished my first of 6 rounds of chemotherapy, and am expected to finish by late June as long as everything goes according to plan, followed by a 6 week recovery period before I may return to work. As part of my chemo treatment, I am going to be unable to work for at least the next 6 months and will be grateful for any donations towards meeting rent, bills, groceries, and costs of medical care, as I am currently relying on my partner and family to make ends meet. Please only donate if you can. I am endlessly grateful to have such a phenomenal support system and to be living in Pittsburgh for my treatment course, and for everyone with whom I have shared a meaningful connection so far in life. Please do not be shy about sharing this information with anyone whom you think would like to know or needs to know. Thank you all for everything you have done for me.
