Final Update:
Hey everyone! Thank you so much for your generosity. We'll be closing down the GoFundMe and handing Dylan the donations we've received.
Update:
Tater is home from the vet and recovering well. He had a "linear foreign body" or a string of some kind that he swallowed the led to his intestines being bunched up. He had seven inches of his intestines removed, but luckily the vets got to it in time and were able to save him. He's home and recovering currently (in a double cone because he's a monster)
Thanks to everyone for your love and support. We'll leave this up to continue to support Dylan and his family help Tater get through his recovery and help them with the vet bills they accumulated.
Hi, I'm Steven. I'm setting up this GoFundMe for my friend, Dylan. Two years ago, we gave our buddy Dylan one of our grandpuppies that he named Tater. Tater has become a fixture of Dylan's family, including an emotional support animal for him, and a companion for his young daughter. Recently, Tater has had some health issues, and after a week of visits to the vet, Dylan took him to an emergency vet, and they discovered that he has some sort of bowel obstruction and had to be rushed into emergency surgery. Dylan isn't the kind of person that likes to ask for help, but he's more than willing to step up and help others in need. With these vet bills now exceeding $10,000 and the possibility of more costs piling up, I wanted to try to help him out and see if we can get a kind person and his pup some support. Any help that you can provide would go a long way to lessening the burden on Dylan's family. Thank you so much.
