Help Dwayne's Recovery from Life-Threatening Fall

Hi, my name is Adrian and many of you know my dad, Dwayne Fulton. If you know him, then you know his character, strength and love for his friends and family. He is not one to ask for help but I am asking on his behalf. He has served his community, church, and the U.S. Navy. He has a long road to recovery ahead of him and is the sole financial provider at home. On Thursday, Jan. 12, my dad fell from 13+ feet. He crushed his tail bone, suffered three pelvic breaks, two rib breaks, and fractured his arm. He is self employed and will lose business by not being able to work. He will require home care, and medical aids such as a hospital bed and walker when he is discharged from the hospital. Please help me return a small portion of the love he has given to the world.
