Hi my name is Dwayne Johnson Jr and I am 30yrs old. I married to a beautiful wife of 3years and were expecting our first child in October 2022. We're so excited! I was born with a congenital heart disease specifically Aortic Stenosis and I was 4yrs old when I had underwent open heartsurgery. Doctors at that time due to my age considered performing a ballooning procedure to open up my aortic valve which allow proper blood flow from the heart to the main arteries throughout the body. A valve replacement at that time would mean I would continue to out grow them and require numerous surgeries. I recently had an ECG and was recently informed by my cardiologist that I now have Severe Aortic Valve Stenosis and it is now a matter of life and death to have corrective surgery. You can say time caught up to me after 26years. This surgery would give me a better quality of life and won't require a third procedure with the proper maintenance for the new valve via medication.

Unlike previous years I am now experiencing fatigue, shortness of breath, chest pain and trouble sleeping due to poor circulation.

Without surgery my days are numbered. Due to the severity of my diagnosis, doctors are recommending immediate surgery in the next few weeks. Steps are already being made in preparation for surgery. For example on March 16 ,2022 I will be getting a heart catheter for the surgery. The video link will give a better understanding of health situation.

I am starting this fundraiser to assist my wife and I with the future medical bills that will incur and the supporting of our family during the weeks that I won't be able to work due recovery.Also post surgery my career in the construction industry as a union carpenter may be coming to a stop due the environment of the jobsite puts me at continuous risk.
