Help Dwayne Sweetland fight Cancer

Hey everyone im sure alot of you guys know Dwayne and how great of a guy he is. Unfortunately he is facing a battle with Prostate Cancer and could realy use our help at this time due to medical expences as well as other family expences due to his inability to work since november of 2015. Due to being off work he has lost his medical insurance, his EI has ran out long ago and what savings he has ran out and can surely use our help to get through this hard time.
In March, Dwayne had a circulation problem that required by-pass surgery, and at the time it was discovered that his PSA levels were high,
after a battery of tests and scans he was was given the diagnosis that he had pervasive Cancer in the prostate.
It has been a steady stream of appointments tests consults with this one and that one, and he is really in financial distress trying cover all the extra expenses put on his family at this time.
He is having his first surgery on Jan 24, and will be laid up for 4-6 weeks, but he has to go back for Hormone tratment, and possibly radiation treatment as well.
