Help Dutch Get the Care He Deserves

Dutch has been on the run for at least 3 months after first being spotted at Buc-ee’s in Katy. Multiple people tried to get him, but he was too smart for his own good. He eventually went in a trap and was taken to the shelter; however, Dutch decided he really didn’t want to be in the shelter and jumped the fence a day after being trapped.

Luckily, we were able to track him down again, but he wanted nothing to do with the trap - smart guy!

We hired a professional trapper to safely dart him. He was successfully darted this morning. Darting isn’t cheap ($350 for today) and Dutch will also need medical care (beyond the normal vaccinations, fixing and chipping, Dutch has a foot injury)

Rescues are drowning, so we are raising funds to offset both the darting and medical expenses.

Any extra funds raised will be used to help other dogs like him.
