Dusty is my best friend and my baby. She is an incredible little soul—strong, independent, and sweet. At just five years old, she has already overcome so much, living her life with three legs and never letting it slow her down. But this past week has been one of the hardest we’ve faced together. Dusty has had to go to the vet five times in just a few days. She’s weak, not eating or drinking, and the vets are still running tests to figure out what’s wrong. It’s heartbreaking and stressful to watch her go through so much pain, and I feel helpless seeing her struggle.
Despite everything, Dusty’s spirit shines through. She’s a fighter, and I know if she can survive days without eating or drinking, she can get through whatever is hurting her inside. The costs of her care are adding up quickly—blood work, IVs, pain medications, and whatever treatment she needs to get better. We still don’t have all the answers, but I want to do everything I can to help her heal and bring her back to her happy, playful self.
Dusty means the world to me, and I am reaching out for help so she can get the care she needs. Any support, no matter how small, would mean so much to us. Thank you for reading our story and for caring about Dusty. Your kindness and generosity can make all the difference in her recovery.
