Help Dustin, paralyzed in an accident with bills

Hi, my name is Katelynn McGuire Escobar. My family and I are asking for help for my oldest brother Dustin who was in a horrible bicycle accident on Friday, November 5th resulting in a broken back, broken neck, fractured skull, a concussion and paralysis from the waist down. Monday November 8th Dustin had surgery on his spine to align his broken vertebrae.

At 34 years old, Dustin still has a lot of life in him. Unfortunately it is still unclear if his paralysis will be permanent or not. His immense injuries will require extended hospital stays, months of rehab and he will have to learn to live and care for himself without the use of his legs.

Living in Davis, California, which is an avid biking town, a bicycle was Dustin’s main mode of transportation. Dustin is the oldest of 8 kids and is well loved. We are all hoping and praying for a miracle that Dustin gets the use of his legs back. He has a long road ahead of him.
