I'm writing this on behalf of the remaining Lubow Family members.

It is deep regret and profound sadness that I announce the passing of Ida Lubow, the mother of my boyfriend Dustin Lubow. We have been through so much in the last few years in regard to loss. In the last 5 years, Dustin has lost his grandfather (Ida's dad), grandmother (Ida's mom), his dad (Ida's husband), and his beloved Penny (Dustin's canine partner in crime). Today was unexpected, devastating, and a crushing blow to his spirit.

Dustin is the most selfless, helpful, loving, and dedicated member of the Lubow family, sacrificing any and all things to keep the family together. He'd give the shirt off his back, the shoes off his feet and make some way to help anyone. This plea is for thoughts, prayers, hope, support, advice, anything anyone can remotely offer to the family.

With her passing, Ida did not have a will or assets, but had a home she inherited from her mother's passing. In the past few years, the condition of the home, along with accompanying taxes and other responsibilities have continued to accumulate significantly despite our hardest combined efforts, Dustin's dedication and time. Now, this responsibility befalls him and his sister Michelle (who has 4 kids, that Ida cared for while Michelle worked).

There are many uncertainties facing the family and especially Dustin in the near future. Any advice, donation, prayer, thought is graciously appreciated.
