HELP DUNEY GET THROUGH THIS

Hi everyone. As many of you might know or not know, my mom Sissy got gifted the love of her life a few months ago. His name is Duney. When I say she fell in LOVE with him is an understatement. My mom works her butt off day in and day out to give herself a nice little place to live and a great life for Duney boy. She recently had to move and that’s a lot on anyone mentally and financially. About 3 weeks ago Duney was not himself , very lethargic and coughing, not eating etc. Being any good dog mom she took him to the emergency vet which cost over $1000 just for that visit. He got diagnosed with kennel cough so he got antibiotics which did NOT help. He was brought back and got another round of antibiotics which she was hoping would work. He seemed a little bit better but still not eating properly. Last night took a turn for the worst and our Duney was coughing the entire night while mom was at work with him. First thing this morning we got him to the vet for more X-rays , turns out his lungs don’t look good at all and the kennel cough turned into phnemonia. He will be staying a few nights on oxygen, more medicine , IVS, X-rays etc . The vet quoted us around $9,000 more. If you know sissy you know she would take the shirt off her back for you and she’s always the first one to help anyone. Please if anyone can help her out it would mean the world to us. She needs him. He makes her happy and he is her HOME. Every little bit helps.
