Help Dulcet Gourmet Repair Their Damaged Business

Donation protected
Hi, my name is Daniel and I am fundraising on behalf of the wonderful owners of Dulcet Gourmet, the donut shop at the corner of Vanowen St. and Platt Ave. A vehicle accidentally drove through the front window of their shop, which caused substantial damage to the interior of the store as well as completely destroying their large exterior window. This accident has resulted in the shop having to cover their exposed storefront with wooden panels to keep the business safe when it is closed. Considering the driver in this accident lacked insurance, and the shop owners' insurance will not cover the cost of repairing the window, the shop is left with a $5000 payment to make. The West Hills community has known and adored this shop for more than 20 years, making a morning stop for same-day fresh donuts and piping hot coffee a daily ritual. The owners, a multi-generation immigrant family, have built their shop's success from the ground up and cultivated an environment that is not just lovely for the community - it is essential. If you are able, please consider donating to our cause as we attempt to pass on much-needed goodwill to our friends at Dulcet Gourmet.
