Dukey was walking about 2 doors down from our home in Loyalton when he slipped his leash and was hit by a speeding car. The car kept driving and drove away and came back only to incite an argument of whose fault it was. They never offered to help and now Dukey needs your help. He needs major surgery on one his back hind legs to install a metal plate or he will be lame forever.  I understand during this time with so many possibly having financial difficulties, please only give if you can and whatever you can.  God Bless
