Help Duke's Peaceful Farewell

Hey everyone, I'm not the best with words and this is the hardest thing I've ever had to do so I'm going to try to keep it pretty brief.

The vet has told me that it's Duke's time to go to sleep. He's my best friend in the world and he's always been there for me, so I wanna do my best to make this experience as smooth and comfortable as I can for him. I would like to have it done at home so that he isn't stressed and so that he can be surrounded by the people that he loves and that love him. Unfortunately this is pretty expensive and I don't really have the money saved to have it done myself. So I'm asking if anyone can pitch in to help me pay for the at home visit, cremation, urn, and a small necklace so that I can keep a piece of him with me all the time.

Anything that you can donate is so appreciated. He has been the most important thing in my life for the past 17+ years and I want to make sure he goes in the best, most comfortable way possible.
