Duke is my 10-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier Pitbull. I have had him his entire life; he is like a child to me. He is one of the sweetest, well-behaved dogs you will ever meet.

Recently, he has been struggling to walk and has clearly been in a lot of pain. I took him to the vet today. They had previously tested him for cancer and were able to see some of it in his chest X-ray. In addition to that, they were able to see a very clear full tear in his knee. I was told he needs to have a TPLO surgery as soon as possible because it cannot heal on its own and he is in a lot of pain.

The TPLO is going to cost $6500 and I do not have the money to pay for it.

I am not the type of person to ask for money or charity or help at all really, but this is not for me; this is for him. Please help Duke get the surgery as soon as possible so he is not having to live in so much constant pain. I appreciate any and all donations to help get him this surgery as soon as possible!!
