My name is Kashif , known to many as Drip King.

At my heaviest, I weighed 562 pounds.

Today, I weigh 212 pounds.

That didn’t happen by luck.

That didn’t happen overnight.

And it definitely didn’t happen without pain.

This journey has been built on discipline, consistency, and pushing forward even when my body begged me to stop. I underwent weight-loss surgery years ago to save my life—but everything after that was earned through daily work, workouts, lifestyle changes, and refusing to quit.

I chose not to take shortcuts.

I chose not to get skin removal early.

I chose to fight in the gym.

But now, my body is paying the price in ways I can no longer ignore.

I am dealing with a serious knee injury that requires knee replacement surgery, forcing me to slow down my workouts significantly. Carrying excess skin after losing over 350 pounds places constant strain on my joints, limits mobility, causes pain, rashes, infections, and makes recovery harder—especially with my damaged knee.

This is not cosmetic.

This is medical, physical, and mental.

Skin removal surgery would:

• Reduce constant pain and strain on my knee and joints

• Improve mobility and balance

• Allow proper rehabilitation after knee replacement

• Prevent infections, skin breakdown, and daily discomfort

• Help me continue my health journey safely and sustainably

I’ve pushed through hate, judgment, and people who laughed at my body—before and after weight loss. I’ve trained through pain. I’ve shown up even when progress slowed. But this is the part of the journey I cannot do alone.

I am asking for help—not because I gave up, but because I’m trying to move forward the right way.
