Hey friends, Drew here. As some of you already know, I’ve been diagnosed with stage 3 throat cancer. I’m required to go through 7 weeks of intense radiation and 6 weeks of chemo. I have never done this before, but I really don’t have a choice. I need help. After the stroke 3 and a half years ago, I haven’t worked since. I am now on disability, and though I have insurance, I have depleted our savings due to not having an income for a good while. There is so much cost involved. Before I can start treatment, I have to do what they call “dental clearance.” All of my molars have to be extracted. That alone costs several thousand dollars that I don’t have. Then there’s the cost that insurance won’t cover, copays,etc…, and gas. Driving there every day for 7 weeks will take so much money in gas. I don’t like to ask for help, but desperate times will make a man do things out of the ordinary. I have the best friends in the world, and of course, we have the best God. He kept me on this side of the dirt 3 times already; I’m sure God will help me at least one more time through my friends. Please give if you can, share no matter what, if you can’t give, please pray for me. Please share and pray for not only me, but for my family as well.
