Hi my name is Drew and I am 12. My dream is to be able to go to the world scout Jamboree and have been offered a place from the Kent district. I have been doing scouts for 4 years now ,within St Luke’s troop, and love all things outdoors including building tents, camping, hiking and activities that scouts have offered such as axe throwing and climbing/abseiling. While being at scouts I have learnt a variety of life lessons which has therefore helped me to grow as not only a person, but a member of my troop within scouts. The world scout jamboree takes place from 30th July- 8th of August 2027 and is based in Poland; scout from all around the world will join together for activities, share different cultures and learn new skills. To be able to attend this I need to be able to raise £3600 by donations, corporate sponsorship, individual fundraising and group events. This money covers all expenses for the trip meaning that I would be able to achieve my dream of meeting scouts from all over the world. It would mean the world to me if you could donate and help me achieve this, nothing is too small!!!
