On October 19, the unthinkable happend: Drew and Katie Gottwald’s home in Louisville, KY was destroyed by a fire. In an instant, they not only lost their home and belongings, but most heartbreakingly lost their four incredible, amazing dogs: Rynee, Barley, Nessie, and Lulu.

Anyone who has ever crossed paths with Drew and Katie know they are two of the kindest, most giving people you will ever meet. Time and time again, they've shown up for anyone in need, opening their hearts and home to friends, family, and animals. Now, they need their community to rally around them and show them the same love they've shown us year after year.

While no amount of money can truly replace what they’ve lost, our aim is to provide them with the essentials - clothing, food, temporary housing - and to stand beside them as they begin to rebuild.
