Help Drea Settle

Welcome! I'm Drea Gentry, I'm a disabled self-employed trans person trying to gain independence and upward mobility and needing the funds to gain that. 

I am moved and settled, working on establishing residency here and getting set up. Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who contributed towards the move, I am deeply grateful for the help - but the studio apartment and I still need help. 

The studio needs a lot: proper walls, vents put in for heating/cooling and ventilation, another window, a wall and door for the bathroom, and proper attic access as the drop-down stairs currently there are old/unsafe and does not support any weight. 

So I need to hire people to do this work. I am actively back to work so I am paying rent and bills, I am going to do what I can within my abilities to work and save up for this renovation, but I still need help with it. 
As I get quotes for the work, the goal will change and I apologize if this causes any confusion, but this is very much a work in progress. 

I very much appreciate all of you for taking the time to read this. Anything you can provide is greatly appreciated. It will help get me to the safe space I need and I thank you in advance for helping me take this step towards independence and control over my life.
