For once, I am asking for donations for ME! So many of you have supported me over the years with fundraising for a variety of nonprofits, but this time it’s just poor little Drea, asking for cool and exciting things like a couch and windex and pizza delivery cash for that first night in the new spot.

Jokes aside, I could really use some support during this transition. Moving is expensive and overwhelming, and I am facing a lot of challenges as I work to make this transition successful. I do need a new couch, and I will need windex. But I’m also going to neeeeeed things like rugs and stair treads and tools to help Caroline navigate our new home (which has zero carpet).

The funds raised will go directly toward covering my moving expenses, helping me purchase essential furniture, and making sure I have what I need to get started in my new home. Every bit of support will make a real difference as I work to create a safe and comfortable space for myself and Caroline.

Thank you for any and all help, it’s very much appreciated. I am truly grateful for your love and kindness…and I will think of you every time I plop on the couch.
