The disABILITY Resource Center (dRC) is a Center for Independent Living, servicing people with disabilities, with offices in TN and KY. Due to the flooding and then an immediate snowstorm, we have clients in desperate need of help and supplies. Some have lost everything and some are stranded with no electricity or water. Please help us to assist our clients during this emergency. disABILITY Resource Center (dRC) will utilize all donations received through this GoFundMe account toward recovery assistance to people with disabilities who have suffered from the Southeast KY floods.
