It appears that this dog was dragged by the neck from his owner's car. His neck wound is very, very deep, he has a broken canine tooth with the root pulp exposed, and as one would expect, huge road rash.

He needs intervention immediately. We have advised HP&AS to take all that is remaining in Babe’s Fund to begin treatment!
