Hi, my name is Dracy and I’m 23 years old. For the past year and a half, my life has been completely turned upside down by multiple autoimmune diseases. I went from being a full-time worker and beauty school student, excited to build my future, to barely being able to care for myself. Simple things most people take for granted—walking, cooking, even getting out of bed—have become daily battles.

Before all of this, I was living a life I loved. I have an amazing fiancé and two dogs who mean the world to me. I was passionate about my career and excited for the future. My biggest dream has always been to start a family one day, but right now, my health makes that impossible. I want to be the kind of mom who runs around with her kids, not one who watches from the sidelines. But to have that future, I need help now.

There is one treatment that could give me my life back: **Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant (HSCT)**.
