I’m reaching out to ask for help with vet bills for our sweet cat, Draco. Three years ago, my boyfriend and I found him alone and scared in a storm drain during a heavy rainstorm. We brought him home, cleaned him up, and he’s been part of our family ever since. He’s brought so much love, comfort, and joy into our lives — we can’t imagine life without him.

Recently, Draco experienced a sudden and severe bladder obstruction — a life-threatening condition that required emergency surgery to save his life. It was terrifying, but we got him to the vet in time, and the surgery was successful. Draco is now recovering, but he still has a long road ahead with follow-up care, medications, and monitoring.

Unfortunately, the cost of the emergency treatment, surgery, and ongoing care has been overwhelming. We’re doing everything we can, but the total is more than we can manage on our own — and that’s why we’re asking for help.
