Help Dr. Vaddavalli Stay and Support Her Kids

Hi, my name is Phil Nagy. My dear friend Dr. Radha Vaddavalli is in the middle of a very messy exit from her postdoctoral research position at Ohio State University. As she navigates the bureaucracy of the internal complaint process, she has also sought external legal counsel to assist as much as possible. We are grateful to this lawyer for their support, but it's not free. Dr. V is now unemployed and in limbo as her J1 Visa status is in jeopardy without employment. Radha, a widow, has two high school children (10th grade and 11th grade). If she is unsuccessful, she and her children will be forced back to India at the end of April. This has dire consequences as the kids would lose their entire academic years if not completed. This legal action is the last of many other attempts we have tried to get this resolved amicably, to allow her continued employment and residency.

I am raising money for this woman to cover her legal fees and help with other unexpected expenses that will arise during this process.
