Hi I am a Physician, Internal Medicine, brought my wife here and paid for her education etc. Had two kids. 6.5 and 4.5 year old daughter and son respectively. I was working at a tertiary care hospital until my paperwork changed and I had to wait for my work authorization to come in. The day my wife signed the contract she asked me to not come to the house until I will have a job and asked me to work under the table or illegally. I didn't want to do that so I landed on the street and she planned it in a way that she filed for divorce and kept the kids from me for a good 20 months. Telling people he doesn't need to worry he just needs to focus on his career. Then sent me divorce papers stating that I was not home which is not true I was homeless and was trying to handle the situation in a peaceful manner so that no harm could come to my wife if I had approached the authorities. She abused my daughter, landed her in the hospital and now in hind sight I am thinking I should have seen it coming. She comes from a culture which is known for female infanticide so I need to protect my kids and get my wife the help that she needs.

She has a lot of money and power and unfortunately I gave her everything. I need a one time attorney fee and I am short 4000 dollars. The hearing is on the 16th of July and I can't afford attorney fees. I need it in the next few days, otherwise I might lose my kids, house, whatever I am owed because she hired the best lawyer in the state and I am all alone.
