Help Raise Legal Funds to Defend Pioneering Dentist in High Court Malpractice Case

Dr Amir’s ground-breaking treatments for TMJ & jaw misalignment have helped over 700 patients suffering from chronic illnesses including Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Migraines, extreme neck, shoulder and back pain, Asthma, Allergies, Tinnitus, Polymyalgia rheumatica and Visual Snow to mention just a few.

Dr Amir, a world- renowned dentist from Putney in London is leading the way worldwide in Cranio-dental and Skeletal symmetry. Over the last 25 years, he has seen hundreds of patients benefit hugely from his treatments, showing at best, full recovery from symptoms associated with over 48 serious medical conditions , at worst, massive improvements. The evidence is there for all to see.

He uses non-invasive dental braces to realign the jaw, cranium, and spine. He has found this improves the body’s breathing capacity as well as the neurological, vascular, muscular, and lymphatic systems. The results in patients are rapid and dramatic – their symptoms vastly reduce, with the majority returning to full health, enabling them to live happy, active, fulfilling lives. The treatment is cost effective and requires no medication.

To the horror of his hundreds of patients, in March 2021 Dr Amir was suspended for 12-months by the General Dental Council (GDG). The Professional Standards Authority (PSA) is now taking the case to the High Court where Dr Amir could be permanently struck off. Please read his blog  to understand how and why he has been placed in this terrible situation: it will become clear that no such action is warranted either by the GDC or the PSA.

The GDC and PSA claim his techniques are ‘misleading to the public’ however there is growing international evidence on the links between Cranio-Dental and Skeletal Symmetry, Temporo Mandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMJD) and wider health problems. The GDC and PSA stance also fails to recognize Dr Amir’s statistical evidence, his conscientious approach, his vast clinical experience and the unparalleled outcomes of his patients.

Patients leave him glowing Google 5 star online reviews: ‘A humble genius’, ‘Revolutionary’ ‘He literally transformed my life’, ‘I would not be alive if I had not found him’. The effectiveness of his treatment  have been celebrated in the national media . He regularly receives referrals from medical professionals.

Dr Amir is one of the only dentists in the UK specializing in this field. Patients come from across the UK, Europe and the rest of the world to see him and benefit from his expertise.

Banning Dr Amir has already stopped some 200 patients from completing their treatment and it will stop hundreds of others in the UK from receiving the life changing treatment that they urgently need. The ban also prevents medical knowledge from advancing and sets a dangerous precedent which will stop other UK dentists from treating TMJ.

The High Court case is now, to all intents and purposes, a test case: if Dr Amir succeeds, the advancement of medical knowledge is assured and UK patients with chronic illnesses will have access to the latest, cutting- edge treatment pioneered by Dr Amir whose vision is to share his knowledge and pass it on to the next generation of dentists.

Dr Amir cannot afford the legal fees on his own. Your donation will help thousands living with chronic illness now and in the future.

Don’t let the UK fall behind in medical and dental advancements.

Please help fund Dr Amir’s legal fees so he can continue to practise and aid people’s recovery.

All money will go directly to Dr Amir’s appointed law firm for his legal defence. Dr Amir will keep financial records and keep his generous donors up-to-date as the case processes.

TMJ & Multiple Sclerosis 2005 study show shows a statistically significant excess of dental caries and temporomandibular disorders among MS patients compared with the control group. These results suggest that MS is a possible etiological factor in temporomandibular disorders’

I endorse Dr Amir’s GoFundMe appeal
As a clinician and senior leader in the NHS I fully endorse the work and treatment provided by Dr Amir. I have been privileged to see first-hand the innovative treatment he provides to so many patients with diseases of no known cause. My daughter and I were told to prepare for a life of limitations, and we would have to adapt our lifestyle. My daughter a very young women was diagnosed with six different conditions over one year and quite by chance we accessed Dr Amir’s care and within months she was able to return to university and now five years later is working in a full time managerial role and leading a very active life. I am continuing to encourage senior leaders in the NHS to recognise his work and the evidence base he has built. He now needs our help to maintain this service in this county so please if you can support his appeal please do so
